The Maine Medical Center Legacy Society
The Legacy Society at Maine Medical Center honors those who have made a strong commitment to supporting healthcare in Maine and created a legacy of service and generosity for themselves and their families. We invite individuals who create a future gift intention for the Medical Center—whether through their estate plans, endowed funds, or other planned gifts—as well as those who have supported our Annual Giving program for 25 consecutive years.
Membership Benefits
Every year, we invite our Legacy Society members to an annual reception and luncheon with the president of Maine Medical Center, members of the Board, and leaders of various service lines to hear inside information about the latest developments at MMC and in healthcare more broadly.
Members also receive periodic invitations to seminars on healthcare and medical education, as well as behind-the-scenes tours of clinical areas of interests and the opportunity to meet with clinical leaders. We keep our members up to date with regular correspondence on the latest advancements in care and information on how to be a more knowledgeable healthcare consumer.
Membership in the Legacy Society involves no dues, obligations, or solicitations. Instead, it’s a way for us to thank you and recognize the remarkable commitment you’ve shown to Maine Medical Center through your future gift intentions.
